Executive Leadership Development Series

Our Executive Leadership Development Series will challenge your highest level of
management and your executive team to evaluate their own strategies and practices and learn new ways to develop and enhance the organization. These courses are taught with a blend of intense leadership curriculum and practical applied strategies for improvement. They are sure to take your executive team and upper management to the next level of leadership.

Included in ELDS: The Leadership Circle (TLC) 360 degree and The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator individual assessments - each participant will complete prior to
beginning the workshops.

The ELDS consists of eight different workshops that are each 4 hours in length.
