A three-tiered program for maximum leadership development. Upon completion of this
program, participants will receive a Leadership Certification showing their mastery of both leadership practice, theory, and development processes.
This comprehensive in-depth program covers the core elements of leadership including
the latest topics in effective leadership, and strategies and techniques to understand the
systemic and dynamic approaches to advanced leadership.
Certification Process
The process involves three tiers, as shown on page 19. Each tier answers a key question:
1. Tier One -- Individual: How can I better understand leadership in order to
maximum my capacity for exercising effective leadership?
2. Tier Two-- Organizational: How is leadership exercised within the organization and how can we, as leaders, develop a learning organization to maximize productivity and achieve results?
3. Tier Three -- Systemic: How can we look at things from multiple perspectives and understand the complexity of our challenges by viewing how the dynamic parts contribute to the whole? This includes an understanding and analysis of social, cultural, psychological, and structural factors.
Details:
• Tier 1 includes The Leadership Circle 360 degree leadership assessment and the
Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator
• A student must successfully complete all five courses in each tier before progressing on to the next tier.
• Student progress is based on core competencies within each tier.
• Each tier consists of 45 hours of total course work. Individual courses range from 6-12 hours each.
