Women's Leadership Development Series

The Women's Leadership Series is designed to develop the leadership capacity of all women -- from women in entry level positions with aspirations to advance in the organization to experienced executives and directors. Based on the most current and relevant issues of women, leadership, and organizations, the Women's Leadership Series includes courses on a variety of topics that acknowledge and confront the unique issues that women face in the work place.

Research suggests that women have a unique experience with leadership, communication, confidence, power, and group dynamics, and while women have made tremendous strides within the public sector, there are still many improvements that can be made to enhance women's overall experience within organizations.

This special series of courses will motivate and engage women while challenging them to overcome the obstacles and challenges that get in the way of their leadership capacity. These courses are specifically tailored to address women's needs in the work place and utilize a methodology and process proven to increase women's confidence and transform women's leadership skills.
