The Lotus Social Mission: To provide our services to girls and women who would otherwise be denied access to high-level development programs. And to operate in a way that progressively improves the leadership capacity of people in need.

The lotus team acknowledges the strong influence of socio-cultural factors that often lead to inequities in terms of resource access. However leadership is a critical aspect of everyone’s lives, no matter where you fall on the socio-economic spectrum. Additionally, everyone is impacted by authority dynamics and experiences life’s transitions.

One main goal of the Lotus Leadership Institute is to provide our services to the girls, women and other individuals who may not have the means to otherwise participate. Additionally, The Lotus Team strives to be proactive in making the world a better place for girls and women. We don’t want anyone denied who could benefit from our services. That is why Lotus is dedicated to our Lotus Gives Back Mission.
